In case of any litigation the court of law at Antibes (06 France) is sole competent.

The wines that you entrust us with will be stored at our service provider: Les Transports Mitjavile, Zone de la Ballastière. Its head office is 229 Avenue de l’Epinette, BP 122, 33 501 Libourne. Siret number 562 131 037 00078

The wines are insured by SIACI, the insurance company that is used by our service provider, Mitjavile, on the basis of a refund on the declared values by the owner of the wines. An affidavit can be delivered on request. The storage contract is concluded for a minimum period of 6 months and for a minimum quantity of 60 bottles.

The wines must arrive in boxes or cases and in good condition.
Every month started is owed.
The contract is renewed every 6 month by tacit consent except if you send a registered letter asking for the non-renewal of the contract, at least a month before the expiry date. At the end of the contract, all the bills must be paid for.
The prices indicated on the price list are valid until the 31st December 2004.

• The entries are to be done from Monday to Friday, preferably during the morning and with a 48 hours notice minimum by fax, e-mail or letter.
• The wines must have their release caps (CRD)
• You will receive a written acknowledgement letter confirming the storage of your wines.
• The outgoings are done from Monday to Thursday with a 48 hours notice mentioning the quantities of each specified wine, the delivery address, your choice of transport or the possibility to pick up your wines by taking an appointment during the opening hours of the storage warehouse.
• If you wish, you may receive a stock control of your wines at the end of each month.
